Who Are We
We are Mind Shift, an edtech and training company based in Egypt, UAE, and KSA. At Mind Shift, we offer various services that utilize Experiential Learning and Business Simulation Games to provide Business Acumen Knowledge, Develop Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making Skills, and Create Financial Mastery Experience. As well as training programs designed to help entrepreneurs gain the knowledge they need to start and grow their businesses. We trained and mentored 4000 trainees in 2023 partnering with local and regional organizations and Universities like the American and German universities, DAI/Business Egypt, Women Entrepreneurship Network, EBRD Bank, Dubai Financial Center InnovatioHub, and Sharjah Innovation Park.
Our Focus
We focus on enhancing digital marketing, finance, and leadership skills. Our goal is to assist entrepreneurs in launching their businesses, increasing sales, growing revenue, hiring more employees, and sustaining their operations.
Helping entrepreneurs reach their goals, with accreditation from the American Council of Training and Development, We support youth and women startups with training, consulting, and business simulations.
Our programs are highly detailed, focusing on applied learning and sustainable impact. They are available in different languages, accompanied by videos and emailed solutions. Participants also have the opportunity to experience a unique team competition.
